The practice of Yoga has been with me for over ten years. Yoga became my cross training for my freelance dance career, though I always suspected there was way more to it than feeling strong and getting a good stretch.. I have performed with BODYART Dance, Shen Wei Dance Arts, Jessica Gaynor Dance, and Bryn Cohn + Artists. I performed in New York City and internationally with Fuerza Bruta. My love for the body and all things movement led me to go deeper into my practice to become certified to teach with the intention of spreading knowledge and helping others get closer to their bodies and themselves.
I do this work to set you up for your best YOU. Learn from me and build confidence for that group class you love. Cross train for longevity in your favorite physical activities. Work on continued mindfulness and ease of movement on your mat. Whatever your reason, I'm here to help. Drawing from my experiences as a yogi, as well as the information from years of Vinyasa, Dance, and Pilates trainings, I give my students flow for the body that wants to move and the mind that wants to and is willing to focus.
