Nestled in the heart of the Mexican Rivera, this awe-inspiring location serves as the fertile ground for Free Range: Tulum. Get ready for some serious personal creative investigation. Engage in a yoga practice that leads to self reflection, this is a great compact experience whether you’re focusing in on a specific project whose details have been hard to see or just hoping to get in touch with your intuitive side. Rachel Abrahams
For me, yoga is always a way to come back to the fullness of the body: getting the container right, to feel good will allow the mind to settle and the breath to be clear. I started my movement career in the dance world and eventually branched out to Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Thai Massage to round out my understanding of how our biomechanics are at work. My classes give you time to be strong and supported as well as moments to be calm and rooted in your breath. In New York, I lead weekly classes at Kula Yoga Project, The Floor, Loom Yoga, and Y7 Studio. Though I love New York City, I feel most centered when I’m traveling to a new place and everywhere I go, I engage with the yoga or dance community. Movement unites us in the most beautiful way. I’m honored to co-host this retreat with Leslie, a longtime friend, collaborator and travel partner.
